Reparameters for better raceability, for several things I use in my races.

Upgraded Citywalker's Toy Plane as Take-Off Plane, based on Pod Racer's take-off physics, so it doesn't hang in air when stopped. Includes a separate AI-friendly version. Showcase: https://youtu.be/xXb-oadA1-g
Upgraded Kikizana's Volare as Plane Engine Edition, to stop it from acting like a hover-in-place copter in air (the separate AI-friendly version still can, but usually doesn't do it). And as a bonus, updated the visuals of Citywalker's Motocross Racer as Motocross Racer HeadTurner, for a better racing cam and to make the head turn again (it apparently did before RVGL) and to eliminate the two unsightly pureblack errors. Showcase: https://youtu.be/TyEJ1AEgr0o

Liveries are deliberately left unchanged, it's not a repaint attempt, just racing tweaks, really.

P.S. If anyone wonders - the RC/RL versioning actually makes a lot of sense. Tracks like Wildland, Cliff Mountain, Cliffside Court, Frigid Peaks, Extreme G, Empire Volt City, RC Dream, SS Route Revolt, etc are definitely not RC tracks.
