CUSTOM TRACKS:
All custom tracks must be in complete, working order. Inability to finish a lap on the track (where applicable) will result in temporary disabling of downloads and comments until the issue is resolved. All tracks must be of original (new) layout and form.
CUSTOM CARS:
All custom cars must be driveable. Inability to operate the custom car will result in temporary disabling of downloads and comments until the issue is resolved. Cars may be re-painted, converted, or original (new).
Any vulgar or profane language in names, titles, comments, etc. will not be tolerated!
